Project Experience

Our work covers transport infrastructure, water, quarrying and major building projects in Australia and Hong Kong, from tender programs and baseline schedules through delivery to delay claims. The projects below show the range of scheduling services we provide and the kind of program each one demanded.

Light Rail to Woden - Canberra, Australia

Light rail train

The Light Rail to Woden represents Canberra's largest infrastructure investment, delivering transformative public transport connectivity across the capital. Being delivered in two stages, this critical project extends from the City to Commonwealth Park and onward to Woden, supporting the ACT's long-term economic growth and urban development vision.

Over an 18-month engagement, our scheduling work integrated multiple engineering disciplines and stakeholder requirements. It covered international procurement, infrastructure expansion and planning through cultural, heritage and political sensitivities. On a live urban corridor, approvals and stakeholder decisions sit in the program logic, not outside it.

International Convention Centre - Sydney, Australia

Sydney International Convention Centre

The International Convention Centre stands as a world-class convention, exhibition, and entertainment precinct, transforming Darling Harbour through sophisticated design and engineering excellence. This $1.5 billion development delivers Australia's largest exhibition space, premier convention facilities, and an iconic theatre venue.

We were planning lead for structural steel design and supply, coordinating international procurement with the staging of the convention, exhibition and theatre facilities. Structural steel is a classic long-lead package: design release, fabrication and delivery have to be scheduled against the erection sequence they feed.

Peppertree Quarry - New South Wales, Australia

Peppertree Quarry Drone

Located near Marulan, New South Wales, Peppertree stands as Boral's flagship hard rock quarry operation. This sophisticated processing facility serves as a strategic node in Sydney's construction materials supply chain, demanding precise planning and coordination across multiple technical disciplines.

We developed the project schedule and controls integrating authority approvals, heavy rail corridor expansion, design, and procurement from European, Asian and local sources, through structures, crushers, conveyors, mobile equipment, automated train loading, silos and overburden stripping to commissioning. It is the kind of multi-discipline resources program where approvals, procurement and commissioning drive the finish date as much as the construction.

Kurnell Desalination Project - Sydney, Australia

Kurnell Desalination Project Drone Shot

The Sydney Desalination Plant at Kurnell stands as a critical piece of water infrastructure, capable of delivering up to 15% of Sydney's water demand through sophisticated reverse osmosis technology. This complex project demanded precise coordination of marine works, process engineering, and systems integration.

From tender through to handover, we developed and maintained the critical path schedule for the main contractor. The work covered the full project lifecycle: the interface between marine and land-based works, and the commissioning sequence for the process plant.

Pacific Highway Upgrade - New South Wales, Australia

Pacific Highway Upgrade Overhead

The Pacific Highway Upgrade represents one of Australia's most significant road infrastructure programs, transforming the Sydney to Brisbane corridor through comprehensive highway duplication and safety improvements. This multi-stage project has enhanced connectivity whilst delivering crucial safety outcomes across New South Wales' eastern seaboard.

Our involvement spanned several project stages, covering both delivery scheduling and tender program development. The work integrated civil works sequencing, stakeholder requirements and resource constraints, and supported progress monitoring against program objectives as each stage was delivered.

West Kowloon Railway - Hong Kong SAR

West Kowloon Railway - Hong Kong SAR

The West Kowloon Terminus serves as a crucial gateway between Hong Kong and mainland China's high-speed rail network. This complex infrastructure project demanded sophisticated engineering solutions and precise coordination across multiple contractors and stakeholder groups.

Engaged on site for delay and disruption claim preparation, we provided forensic delay analysis for the structural contractor. The work was retrospective analysis of what drove the delay, documented to support the extension of time and disruption claims.

The Same Support and Commitment on Your Project

Whether you are preparing a tender program, planning a shutdown, or assessing a delay, the same approach applies: a program built with the people who deliver the work and a record that stands up when it is tested.
